Quality Wine starts with Quality Fruit

Estate Grown Fruit is the Key to Quality

We Believe our wines are distinct in their quality and taste.  Controlling every step of the winemaking process from furit production through harvest is key to produce wines of the highest quality.  Our goal is to produce only wines from fruit that we can grow on our farm.   As we get closer to production we may need to suplement purchased fruit and/or juice to mix with our own to get the quantities needed until our fruit production is up to our demand.
